Spending the Afternoon with Mimi and Pops

Sunday afternoon we went and picked up Dayton to spend the afternoon with us since we haven't had him for a couple of weeks. He was sleepy when we picked him up so I figured he would fall asleep on the way to our house. But, me and Dayton sat in the back seat and talked all the way to the house. Then when we got there he had to talk to Pops and laugh and smile with us for a while before naptime.

Then after a while of fun and laughs, he finally gave it up and took him a good long nap.

And, what would a trip to Mimi and Pops house be without playing dressup (not in a girly sort of way). We got him a little summer outfit at Duck Duck Goose and it was warm enough Sunday to let him wear it before he outgrew it. So, we changed his clothes into his little short set with matching fisherman hat. And of course, we thought he looked adorable as always.

After a little more fun and laughs, it was time to Dayton home. This next photo looks as if Dayton is saying "Are you coming too Mimi?"
