Dayton's 6 Month Check Up

Dayton went to the doctor today for his six month check up. Doc says he is doing great. Right on time with all the things he should be doing. He weighed right at 21 pounds, which Doc says was above average and he was 28 1/4 inches long, which Doc says was above average. When he goes in for his 9 month check up and is still above average on the weight, Doc said they may have to cut back some of his feeding. But she also said the weight could be because his length is above average. With a mommy that is almost 6 foot, bet he's going to be a tall boy. Hum, should we think basketball or his dad's favorite - baseball? Dayton also got a shot and for the first time he really cried hard. Poor daddy took him by himself. I don't know who it hurt more, daddy or Dayton. Good thing mommy wasn't there because if she is like most mommies (and she is) she would have cried too. I know I would have. Well, he's feeling fine now and all is well.
